Our I-485 was sent from San Antonio to California for processing.

Although you cannot reach them by phone, they will answer your email promply. My experience with them was excellent. They were very helpful and professional. My fiancee's interviewer was very courteous and friendly. She made my fiancee felt like she was talking with her own sister. The packet they put out is precise just follow all the instructions and you should have no problems. Very good experience with the Amman consulate Rating : Very Good
