Comments : It took us almost a year to finish processing spousal visa bec we're delayed on paying the AOS. My husband received the mail about AOS on April 5, 2016 but he finally able to pay it on April 18, 2016. We also got delayed with the IV. The IV open on May 6, 2016 but he finally able to pay it on June 27, 2016 and mailed out the civil docs to NVC on June 29 as well as filling out the DS260. Now, unfortunately I am under sputum. Took an advance medical on August 3, 2016. I got case complete on August 5, 2016. My sputum schedule was August 10, 11 and 12 and on August 15, 2016 was my pulmo evaluation for sputum smear. Result was NEGATIVE!

On October 11, 2016 I went back to SLEC for another pulmo evaluation. Culture result was NEGATIVE!! I have my immunization on October 12, 2016. I was given only TDAP.

Today, October 20, 2016, 2GO texted me that my visa is ready for delivery. I was expecting it to arrive in my residence but to my surprise 2GO texted me once again telling me that my visa is for pick up only. I called them but they couldnt give me any explanation. So tomorrow October 21, I'll travel to Butuan to pick it up.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
