Embassy Review : |
I had my interview on June 13th my appointment was at 7:30 I arrived to the embassy at 6:30 I was the second person on the line for residence and K1 visa.
I had to organize my documents in certain order then get into one counter where a not so friendly girl look at them and prepare everything to see the consul.
Then I wait till like 8am for them to start calling to the interviews. I got a young and very educated consul, he asked me tons of questions and repeat them a few times, I was starting to get nervous, then he set his mic off and look at all the documents, he check everything including the pictures and the evidence. After a couple minutes he came back and said your visa has been approved wait for it in the next 10-15 days. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
