Got an update that a card is being produced for our case number today, after a call to customer service I was told that the i-485 was approved and the interview had been waived due to the interview she had in the Philippines at the embassy. |

Embassy Review : |
my fiancées interview was at 6:45am, she got there at 5:30am someone had chair for rent for 30 Pesos each while everyone was waiting for the embassy to open. just remind everyone bring absolutely no electronics she had brought all the evidence of communication with her cards and print outs of our skype conversations one of the cards I sent her played music when you open it she was told to throw it away or she would be barred from entering the embassy till she did. the whole experience was good aside from that, the consul didn't really ask her that many questions just , how did you meet, when did you meet, what were my hobbies, what do I do for work, and old am I. at the end K1 visa was approved and I was able to book her flight later that night(I knew she would receive the visa back in approx. a week so I booked it 3 weeks from approval. she was back at the hotel by 9am. Also for anyone else who will be interviewing there especially an early morning interview I would recommend The Bay View Park hotel which is directly across the street from the embassy |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
