I called the NVC on Nov 11. They said my case was scanned in at the embassy on Nov 9. I waited until Nov 16 to email the embassy. I asked them (very nicely) if they could send the Packet 3 to us. They replied on Nov 18 and asked for my fiancee's email. They emailed her the Packet 3 the next day. I was able to go on the website https://ais.usvisa-info.com/es-co/iv/information/k_visa, pay for the interview with my credit card and schedule the interview without waiting. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-129f was approved in 28 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 76 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.
