Comments : Case is being reviewed. Only nice officer was the one that interviewed us, Norcross. Everyone else has been treating us like trash. We moved in August after our apartment was flooded and covered in mold. As soon as keys and lease were in hand for our new place, we change our address and receive electronic confirmation. We also received confirmation via mail to our new address. Turns out the government failed to change our address and we get a status report of interview notice not deliverable. We called the national hotline help center and get hung up on multiple times. After 2 hours of being treated like garbage and dealing with USCIS personnel that speak poor broken English, we finally get the interview notice faxed in through my office fax. As soon as the USCIS person realized she was taking up my time at the office while my office phone was ringing, she finally changed her tone and said they'll be quick about it. We take that notice in on the 18th, present everything and the officer just said "sorry, it's the government". Turns out they didn't read our response to the RFE we received in January. We sent the reply and proof of evidence 3 days after the RFE with a step by step explanation since apparently they couldn't read a family visa in English that had the entry stamps in English. So after showing her the passport in person she finally says "oh I understand now and your explanation (from January) makes it easier". We get a notice from Norcross saying they'll investigate further. Our online case status hasn't changed. We are both tired and fed up with the way our we get treated and are heavily scrutinized in our actual real marriage. We found a couple that divorced as soon as the wife got a green card, but the government didn't scrutinize that fake marriage.
We scheduled an InfoPass appointment in November so that we can get information before the government goes MIA for the holidays.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
