The IV/AOS bill were payed at same time due to website issues. Had to send a cashiers check so the process took a little longer. Website was not working for my case until July 5, 2015. |

Embassy Review : |
Writing this for my husband. Interview was Sept 29, 2015 8:30 am. He said he was second in line and he waited until they called his interview time. Was called quickly up to the first window and submitted the necessary documents. Sat to wait for the second call. Was asked the following questions:
1)How did you meet?
2)When did you first meet in person?
3)Where was the wedding?
4)Who attended the wedding?
5)How old is her daughter? (which he replied she has two which one?)
6)What is one thing your wife does that annoys you?
She stated that he was approved pending review of the medical file. He stated that his medical was complete on Sept 7 and asked if he should walk over and speak to Knightsbridge and she said it couldn't hurt to check. Then she asked him if he had flights booked yet to which he responded, yes, my wife has already booked flights for the end of Oct. She then responded with, "okay, you are approved and should get your visa in 10 days".
He walked over to Knightbridge and checked with their staff. They stated his medical file had been sent over and she was kind enough to call the embassy to confirm they in fact had his medical file and there were no issues noted.
He was done within an hour and on his way. He said aside from the medical bit all was good and they were very friendly.

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
