hi all,
i am happy to share my interview experience. On 16th september i had my biometrics. i scheduled at 10am but i was out of the trade centre (building where they had the fingerprints taken) by 10am. they send you in early. not a problem if you arrive an hour early. on 18th was the actual interview. mine was scheduled at 9am, by 8.30am the security guards told to form a line. i entered the building for the security check by 9am. after checking when i went to the next area, i told the lady that i am a k1 beneficiary, she told me to go straight to the next area where they collect the documents and give the token number.in less than an hour i was called for the interview.
following questions were asked
1. how did you meet?
2. how long did you guys spent time together?
3. did your parents agree since you met her through a social networking site?
4. what preparations have you made for the wedding?
after 5-10 minutes of interview the officer said YOUR VISA IS APPROVED, you ll get sms from our side in two business days.i was out by 11am |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
