We called out state senator and he found out they were holding it because they had no record of my biometrics. I submitted my proof (stamp) that I had done my biometrics. Then then sent me the AP.

Event Description
Review Date : December 16, 2015
Embassy Review : TL;DR: Excellent experience at the US embassy in London, very painless. Long waits though.

My appointment was at 0800 on the 16th Dec, however I arrived late due to an accident causing queues on the M40 southbound. I arrived at 8:29. I thought I wasn't going to get in. However as I was queuing to get "checked in" outside the front of the embassy, a lady was walking down the line checking visa interview invitation letters. She saw mine was an "immigrant" one and sent me straight up to get checked in and seen straight away. PHEW
I then went through security (armed guards! eick!) which was much like airport security. Then I walked around the side of the building, went into reception, received an Argos-style ticket number.
Note: Immigrant ticket numbers start Ixxx, non immigrant is Nxxx.

After 1.5 hours of waiting, got called to a booth to hand over documents (birth certificate, 1 picture, police certificate, affidavit of support and passport). Sat back down in the waiting area for another 1.5 hours of waiting, only to be called back up to another booth for a 2 minute interview.
Essentially he asked about fiancée's family, work, parents, has he been to the UK, have I been to the USA.
Approved! Next stop, heathrow airport!
Rating : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
