We hit some snags with getting the biometrics appt. We submitted 2 separate service requests after not receiving an appointment letter after 2.5 months. It was after the second request that an appt was scheduled. We were VERY pleasantly surprised when the EAD was approved less than 24 hours after the bio appt. |

Embassy Review : |
My fiance checked his laptop at the pharmacy down the street but was allowed to take his phone in with him. He arrived at the embassy at 12:30pm for his 1:00pm appointment, quickly made his way through the line and into the embassy he went. He texted me by 1:00 telling me that his documents had been checked and he was now waiting to be called for the actual interview. I think he waited about 45 minutes and said that the gentleman at the window was quite friendly. He asked him the usual - how we met, how often we've visited one another and then asked who a few of the people in various photographs were. They were photographs that we sent in with our original I129F package. After about 2-3 minutes at the window, he was told, "Congratulations! You're approved!" |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
