Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : October 15, 2015
Embassy Review : Hello Everyone
My fiance had his interview yesterday,October 14,2015
Him and I both checked constantly for him to even get scheduled a Interview and luckily he got one!
Anyways,Here are the questions that he was asked:
-How did him and I meet?Brief description
-Who will be sponsoring him?
-Does your fiance have any siblings?
-What are your plans for the wedding?
Then she smiled and told my fiance Congratulations! He was in shock haha she said go run and call your fiance and tell her just don't fall down the stairs <3
Those were the questions,he said it was quick,The woman who interviewed him was very kind and polite, which made it a comfortable experience. The interview was only 5 minutes but it took her an hour to go through the proof of ongoing relationship, which was over 50 pages long!
My advice from what he told me is for one get there early obviously, dress professional,The more evidence the better.
Also you should know that due to how busy they have become that typically you would usually receive your passport and visa back in 5 days but now the amount of time is from 18 to 20 days, which isn't a big deal...we been patient this long whats 18 more days?

Well that our review,I wish you all Good luck!& A nice night
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
