USCIS status changed to "New Card Is Being Produced" on May 16, 2019 with no other updates or notes if approved. A few days later I received a letter in mail saying I was approved. Then a few days later received my greencard in the mail.
I did not require an interview.

(very detailed)
I had my interview yesterday. It was set for 10:30am but I showed up at 9am and was let in right away after showing my passport and interview letter. A woman with a tablet checked me in and gave me a laminated paper with a number and some text on it. The lobby is quite small and they try and pack you in together as close as possible. I only brought a file folder and my phone with me as I knew they don’t allow bags. The main door guy was kind of brisk and a tad rude to some people with bags but gave them instructions on what place nearby has storage lockers. I imagine he was sort of rude because he gets the brunt of peoples frustration due to the no bag rule. I knew I’d have to check my phone with them so I shut it off as soon as I walked in. If you bring a phone remember to get a ticket stub from them when you check it, and don’t lose it! There was a couple that had major problems claiming their phone and keys because they said they never got a ticket. I don’t know the outcome since I was taken upstairs but it seemed like they weren’t getting anything back without the ticket due to policies. Before going upstairs I went through security ((x-ray machine for my folder, pocket contents, jacket and belt buckle) and the metal detector for me)with no problems. I then checked my phone and within 5 minutes 4 or 5 of us were escorted up in the elevator to the immigration floor. Depending on what type of visa you are going for you’re told to sit in certain areas of seats and for the immigration one you then wait for your number to be called with the booth to go to. The numbers aren’t called in order so listen. The greeter was really nice but overworked since someone called in sick and he was doing two peoples jobs and it was crazy busy! I felt bad for the guy, especially since everyone is so stressed and didn’t listen to his instructions so he had to constantly repeat himself. After about 45 minutes after walking in the building I was called to the first booth and asked for specific original documents such as my passport, Birth cert, name change cert, marriage license, police check and medical report. She confirmed both my current Canadian address and then my Wife’s American one. It’s a pretty intense and stressful 15 minutes. I brought everything they asked for, including a new evidence of support for 2015 and my wife's 2015 tax slips. She gave me back my medical cd and a letter about domestic violence to read. The one thing that threw me for a loop is that she asked for 3 new passport photos despite my interview letter saying that was covered already(I had already given them 2 when my application was submitted about a year ago). So be sure to have updated ones with you in case, and at least three of them! Because I didn’t want any delay I happened to have got extra photos for my medical so I had three extras with me! She then sent me back to sit down and called me back about 10 minutes later to take my finger prints. I was then sent back to wait. I don’t know if there was a washroom on that floor or not but best to go before entering the building. Also, I think no outside food or drinks are allowed. I had brought American change with me to buy a $2.00 water as I wasn't sure if they took Canadian or not. At about 10:30am I was called to a booth for my interview. I got the really nice young guy everyone talks about with the glasses. He does a fantastic job at putting you at ease. He took my fingerprints for the oath then he asked me if this was my first marriage, asked if it was my wife's first marriage. I said yes to both. He looked at me with a huge smile, glance at my application beside him and said that for a 1st marriage ours was the largest application he’d ever seen. I laughed. He confirmed what my US address will be then asked me some of the standard questions mentioned. Where did we meet? Okcupid. What does she do? A teacher. Have I ever had any trouble with the police or crossing the border? No. Have I lived anywhere else other than Canada? No. Have I ever stayed longer than 6 months in the US? No. Do my wife and I have any dependants? No, unless you count animals. Then he said I was approved and that for Ontario the usual time to get my passport back was about 1-2 weeks. He gave me two pieces of paper. I was then told to go back to the seating area and sit in the front row to wait for an escort to go back downstairs. The escort came right away so I didn’t get a chance to look at the papers. They sort of rush you out of the building as fast as possible so I didn’t get a chance to look at them until I was outside putting on my jacket. The first paper had the “Has your visa been approved?" With instructions on how to pick up/get my stuff mailed to me. The second letter was “Completing Immigration Visa applications by Mail”, and was about how to send in additional documents before my visa will be approved. I really don’t know why I got the second one since he said everything was good and that I was approved. I wonder if I was supposed to get a "Welcome to the US" letter instead?? My lawyer said that since I didn’t get another piece of paper asking for specific documents that I should be good. But I will be sure to keep an eye on the online status of my application to make sure everything is good. With the two holidays Friday and Monday, I’m sure they’ll be some delay. I was out of the building by 10:44 am. So under 1 hour 45 minutes in there total. I’m glad I went there early since I was able to drive back home without the terrible freezing rain/snow.
I stayed down the road the Days Inn. It’s only about a 15 minute walk. It was an okay hotel, I got a great deal on hotels.com last minute since I hadn't planned to go the night before but the weather was supposed to be bad. I would advise that if you plan on staying there to call and reserve a parking spot, if you need one, as they are VERY limited. Had I not called I wouldn’t have got one. Parking was $22.00/day.
Remember to have all the documents they asked for and originals. Listen to what people ask you. And just keep your cool. They are just doing their jobs. Don’t forget to register your appointment online before you go. Lastly remember to double check the consulate address!! I had looked at their website and it’s misleading as it has a map with the correct address on it but below it a different mailing address! I’m glad I did a drive by the night before or I would have went to the wrong place!! FYI the correct place is 1155 Rue St—Alexandre (there’s a Starbucks nearby if that helps you confirm it)! NOT 315 Place d'Youville address. Cheers.
Update: Website stated Visa issued on Friday April 1st and it arrived at my local Canadapost on Tuesday April 5th. 😊 Not bad considering there were two business day holidays since my interview.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
