I file base on a divorce waiver plus it’s a little bit complicated because my ex husband did everything in the book to mess up my status.
He file papers with USCIS saying I used him for green card. 🤣🤣 plus he file restraining order against me.....
The day of my ROC interview I bought my youngest of my two kids with my ex-husband.
So after Greeting at the door while walking back to is office he start asking me questions
Officer:Who is this young man?
Me: my son
Officer: How Old is he?
Me: Two years old
Officer: Have you ever been arrested?
Me: No
Officer: but you put yes
Me: I paid a fine for
Officer: what’s your address?
Me: address give
Officer: how old are your kids?
Me: given
Then he asked about getting married again. I smile an said marriage wasn’t what I thought it would be.
Officer: I don’t see any reason why I can’t approved your card. I just need to send your finger print back these are expired

Thank you very much and best of luck.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
