Back around 2015-07-15, I saw a message when I checked my status that my case had been forwarded to the National Visa Center. I thought we had passed, but I guess not. Now 2 months later, I just received am email that an RFE is on the way. I my have messed everything up when I changed my address from Vietnam to the US. NOA1 was lost in the mail, and now I suspect this RFE was too. Either way, it wass a mistake to use a Vietnam address for this process. The site doesn't handle international addresses well.
