There seems to be 3 types of interviewers in San Jose: the Filipino, the Caucasian, and the Vietnamese. We got the Vietnamese and he was quick and friendly. We breezed through the interview in about 10 minutes. The only docs required of us were our passports, hubby's certificate of naturalization, hubby's driver's license, our marriage certificate, and our joint checking account check book and health cards. He didn't even ask for our wedding pics until I showed him one when he asked us who attended our wedding. It was scary at first but the whole process was brief so we relaxed at the end as we were waiting for my passport to be stamped. I can now travel in and outside the US, and work as well. I didn't file for AP nor EAD. |
