Consulate Review: Manila, Philippines Review Topic: IR-2 Visa Event Description Review Date : June 28, 2015 Embassy Review : My sister went there around 5am. She said everyone is really nice and the consul did not asked her that much questions. The consul was surprised that her case has been opened since 2000 and we just started processing it again as an IR2. Anyways, everything went smoothly, just be honest and relax. Rating : Very Good
