Interview Questions:
1. Who is your petitioner & their DOB?
Answer: My Mom and her DOB is: xx-xx-xxxx
2. What will you do when you get to the States?
Answer: I will work for XXX company & here is my offer letter for X position with an annual salary of $ XX.
Officer: Excellent, you already have a job waiting for you, I like it! You've been approved and will get your passport back by Friday with the visa. I can see from your file that you left the USA in 2005 and well it's 2015 and it's about time you get to go back home, this time Legally! Congratulations!
That was it, interview did lost last for more than 5 minutes! :D
Checked the status on CEAC today and it says Approved.
Super Excited!!!
In conclusion, if you have all your documents and are actually migrating legally and have provided correct information, then you will not face an issue. Really a great experience and the staff was very very friendly! |

Was the smoothest POE Experience one could imagine.
Got into the LPR Line, gave the CBP Officer my passport & sealed packet. He opened the packet and told me to wait. 5 mins later another officer came and took me to the far left to process me. Gave my fingerprints and got stamped in & was told the glorious words: Welcome to The USA.
That was it!
Didn't take more than 15-25 mins MAX |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
