ABRT on 2021-01-20 said:It is always by chance with Visa journey timeline. For Potomac Service Center their processing time for US citizen is November 6, 2019. I however saw on Facebook group for Potomac Filers they approved someone from January 2020.

ABRT on 2021-04-16 said:No just a lot of back and forth with USCIS, so it has been over a year so I filed a lawsuit also known as a writ of mandamus. After a year they have to give an answer or you can file a writ.
