Hy, we have same timeline have can u please tell me have u got your approval letter

I have not received NOA2 yet.

I have not received NOA2 yet.

Is visa journey give accurate timeline? Do u have any idea when u will get approval letter

It is always by chance with Visa journey timeline. For Potomac Service Center their processing time for US citizen is November 6, 2019. I however saw on Facebook group for Potomac Filers they approved someone from January 2020.

So that mean they will start working on February these week?

Hopefully so

Is receipt number start with IOE is same like other? Mine is Potomac center but it is IOE

IOE from my understanding have been assigned to both paper and electronic filing.

Ohh. So IOE also have same timeline like other right?

Yes if they are both the same petition status...for example US citizen IOE have the same processing time.

No problem you welcome

Hy, have u got anything?

Today I called USCIS and they told me my case was transferred to Nebraska which made it outside of processing times so I submitted an inquiry.

Any news on your case?

No just a lot of back and forth with USCIS, so it has been over a year so I filed a lawsuit also known as a writ of mandamus. After a year they have to give an answer or you can file a writ.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
