Consulate Review: Ethiopia Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Event Description Review Date : April 9, 2016 Embassy Review : The Topic say it all - Immediate Relative of U.S. (Retired/DoD/DoS Contractor) citizen should never ever await 21 month to reunion with there families. I'm not sure who's at fault the NVC or Embassy I'm not going to pointing fingers. but the systems has whole that need fixing from the TOP to the Bottom. my Over all Rating (-5). but at the Embassy at the time of the inteview 4. javascript:emoticon('') Rating : Good
