Embassy Review : I had my interview on June 26, 2015. We arrived at the embassy around 5:30AM for our 7;30AM appointment. I was #7 in the K1 line.

Around 7AM they checked the documents and gave us our number I am with my fiance that time. Once inside the embassy they are calling numbers by batch.

Step 1: Fingerprint asked about your name, age and fiance's name and address.
Step 2: Pre-Screener with Filipino consul submitted all the documents BC, NBI, CENOMAR, Medical, Affidavit of Support with 1040 and 1099. He asked about the divorce decree of my fiance and he checked the packet it was there. Told us that the affidavit of support was very good. I asked him if the visa releasing is 2 to 3 weeks he said they already resolve the problem and they can print visa's fast now.
Step 3: Oath Taking with the American Consul
Step 4: Interview
I was not nervous that time maybe because my fiance was with me had our interview around 11:30AM with a very rude CO I think he was exhausted that time. When we were in the booth he said to my fiance if you want to stay during the interview its up to you. He asked about My Name and date of Birth, Countries where I went, How many trips does my fiance had in the Philippines, How we meet and from time to time he checked my documents in the folder and in computer. There was silence for about 5 minutes I think he was thinking what to ask me then he asked again When we meet, Where we meet and Pictures together then told my fiance you may sit down first. While my fiance was on his sit he asked me Why I love my fiance, What will you do in the US, and handed me the pamphlet about domestic abuse and asked me if I knew the police number in the US (silly..) He said everything was good you may proceed to Step 5 Releasing. He did not even told me congratulations so I asked If I was approved and said YES.. I went in line to Releasing and it was about my turn when the staff told us to go back at 1PM. Others went outside my fiance insisted to eat for lunch but I still waited and asked the releasing officer if he can entertain me and told him we still have flight(just told him but we dont so that we will not go back) he said we will see if your application is good news, he checked and told me if my delivery address is correct I said YES thats it doesnt take 5minutes.. We are done around 12:20PM.
Rating : Very Poor

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
