Comments : I must say that fortunately this process was seamless for us. From the time of petition to visa approval, we had no issues.

The intervew was scheduled for 9am on 11/15/2015. My wife has an aunt who lives 5 minutes from the US Embassy. We stayed at her house and arrived at US Embassy at 8am. All we brought were our documents in a folder. Security check in went quick. We were then given our number 310 and told to sit and wait for number to be called. Called to window 5 at 11:30am and gave Medical Report, Passport, Birth and Marriage Certificate. The only question was if we had any children together and were do I currently live. We were then told to sit down and wait to be called for the initial interview. I must say the toughest part was waiting all those hours and anxiously waiting for our number to be called again. Finally we were called to window 6 at 2:30pm. We were greeted by a nice young american lady. She swore us in and asked my wife if she ever travelled to any other country. Asked her where was I born. Asked me how many times I've visited. How did we meet. That was it. Approved with no other questions. Did not ask for photos of which we had from all my 10 trips. We are so happy. Now we wait for visa to be issued and then start our lives together.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
