Consulate Review: Morocco Review Topic: Waiver/Admin Review Event Description Review Date : January 21, 2016 Embassy Review : I filed the petition papers for the k1 myself and was in Morocco October 1st for my fiance's interview. he was given a 221g letter with nothing else checked on the letter and told me will call you and you will come back. he waiting 60 days with no phone call and I constantly wrote the Embassy finally after 60 days they wrote me on December 27th sending the petition back to USCIS. NVC called January 19th. The petition was held until January 15 2016 and returned. This is the most Painful experience. My only option now is to refil for their letter and petition USCIS under the Freedom of Information Act and asked him what was it written in the memorandum attached to the k1 petition.We have no idea why it was sent back Rating : Not Rated
