Hello all! So excited to finally be writing a review.
Over all the process was stress free, easy, and fast! My fiance had his appointment at 3pm and he was done and calling me by 4pm.
When he first arrived he waited among 4 others to be called up to the first window where he gave his medical paper work and receipt for payment of visa. The only question he was asked was if either of us had been previously married - in which he answered that I was - and that was all. He was then told to take a seat.
Minutes later, he was called up to the other window for the "dreaded" interview! He swore to tell the truth and then was asked, what seems to be the most popular question for Madrid, "tell me your story". So he did. He said he wished he gave more details but was nervous - basically his story went something like this: boy meets girls. boy falls for girl. boy marries girl. Well, and some added dates too. He was then asked if I (his fiance) studied, and he said yes, and told him what I was studying. He asked him if he studied, said yes and what he was studying. Then he asked for pictures (he showed him 2/3 albums we had) the officer smiled while looking at our pictures... (good sign?). My fiance then said, "I have letters too" (we had A LOT more than just letters lol) the council just said "I don't need them, you're approved and will receive your visa in a week."
ah... music to our ears.

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
