Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : March 30, 2015
Embassy Review : I arrived at the USEM at 7am and fall in line i get in 7:30am because the queue was long.. 8:30am i started the step 1 fingers printing filipino lady and american guy, around 9am for the step 2 pre screening filipino lady asked me my name, bday, petitioner's name, how did we met, when do we met in person how many times, she asked for my BC,Cenomar,NBI and pictures of my fiance and i together. After that around 10am for the step 3 Oath taking i read it in english and do fingers printing again. Then step 4 which is aroung 11:20am the final interview for the american guy consul he was the same guy on the oath taking he was so nice and ai can see him smiling too. He asked me questions like my name,my fiance's name, what state in US, how did we met, what site, how many did i met on that site before i reach my fiance what year, how many times he visited me,when is the last time he visited me,what my fiance's course in college, what job he have now, what my parent feel about him, what my fiance's favorite food in the Philippines, how often do we talk, what our plan on the wedding, i think that's the last question he asked and i said "if our visa will be approved this month we will have our wedding on MAY 2015 and courthouse wedding" and then he said "we will make it happen" then he told me to proceed on the step 5 releasing and the guy on the window told me wait my visa at home they will deliver it.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
