My husband's green card was denied on February 8th 2015, due to his tattoos.. he has never been in jail or anything. But yet they said they belive he was gang affiliated and belive to be a danger to the U.S... we both have tattoos and his aren't gang related at all. Now our family has been left separated and he is stuck in a place he left when he was 3.. I'm currently fighting this decision. Beware of ciudad Juarez consulate, as I heard the discriminate people with tattoos. If you husband has a tattoo, or anything let your lawyer know! ! Pray for us please.. |
