Comments : My husband's green card was denied on February 8th 2015, due to his tattoos.. he has never been in jail or anything. But yet they said they belive he was gang affiliated and belive to be a danger to the U.S... we both have tattoos and his aren't gang related at all. Now our family has been left separated and he is stuck in a place he left when he was 3.. I'm currently fighting this decision. Beware of ciudad Juarez consulate, as I heard the discriminate people with tattoos. If you husband has a tattoo, or anything let your lawyer know! ! Pray for us please..

Embassy Review : Beware of this consulate if you have tattoos, they will judge you and give you a hard time, even when you have never been in trouble with the law. I'm so mad and sad that some consulars here make bias decisions and label people things their not. They don't take the time to fully look at a persons case, or evidence that is being submitted. Instead they seperate innocent families.
Rating : Very Poor
