Comments : is a two year conditional green card. the interview was very easy. as long as you have all of your papers you should be fine. they only kept a couple things a took with us. example. copy of bank statement ( joint acount) copy of rent reciept. pics of my son and husband and me, and image of the full wedding party. they just reviewed the basic quests that are on the application . than asked us to paint a picture of our relationship from when we first met till now. and even though my husband has it in his head we met a year b4 we did. so i had sit and correct him. that i thought would make us get denied. but i guess maybe arguing like two old people might have helped. after he told us that no reason he sees not to approve us. that all seems good. all i can advice is be your selfs and have all your papers and evidence.

Embassy Review : My fiance had his interview and he said that it was very good that the girl that interviewed him was very nice. he said it took him about two hours. but that they did not ask him to many questions. that alot of the questions i asked him for practice some of them they did not even ask. that is one of the reasons that she was very nice he said. lol. i have a very silly fiance. I have heard from many that the Algiers embassy is very nice. and also a tip for any on in algeria.. if any one lives in a town that is not the capital and can not make it back to pick up there visa but has a friend that lives there they can write a letter giving the friend permission to pick it up for them. that is what my fiance did. since he lives 8 hours away from the capital.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
