Consulate Review: London, United Kingdom
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : July 11, 2015
Embassy Review : I had my interview today 7/7/15 and it was a fairly fast process. The interview time was at 1pm so I got there early. Had to stand in a line outside to confirm my appointment time. Then you go through security. Which is like any airline security.

Once inside you get given your appointment number then enter a huge hall and wait. I waited roughly 45mins to be called to the first window where you hand over all your documents they want. Remember to print out your DS 160 form otherwise you may not be able to continue. Then i sat down again and got called up in about 15mins for the interview.

They asked me about 10 question
When and where did we meet.
How did we continue the relationship
When did we meet for the first time.
Have I meet her family
Has she meet my family.
Where and when did i propose to her.
What are the wedding plans.
Which countries i have lived in.
How long I have been in the UK.
They also asked where I will be living.

It was a quick and painless process but just make sure you have all you paperwork at hand.
Good luck to you all.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
