Hello and congratulations on successfully arriving to the end of this process. I am still waiting. Would you be kindly share when did you receive interview letter, if the letter asked you to go alone or with spouse? what questions were asked from you during i-751 interview? Did they tell you after interview if you are approved or not? THANK YOU very much

Thank you. I got my letter on the 1st of feb. the letter did not contain who I should come with except what information they wanted me to bring. But if you have a pending i751 you would be more thank likely be expected to bring your spouse with you. If you don’t it would be likely your n400 would not be approved and probably have a separate interview for your i751 so take you spouse. All if you did not front load a lot of information in your i751 they make sure you bring as much info as you can. Also all updated taxes, bank statement, pictures, travel dates. I was approved for both application on the spot. It’s very important you and your spouse are on the same page. Good luck

They asked about some transactions. He asked how we met, and verified everything on the documentation that we sent. But he didn’t take more than 8mins to approve it. I told him that I had more stuff if he wanted he said not that it was fine and that we had sent in more than enough information.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
