The officer was super scary. He checked on us before we even went into the interview. He passed by us and spent about 5-10 minutes in the lobby area, without us even knowing he was going to interview us. He didn't look satisfied with our proofs and ask for more right there. I showed him from my phone all emails, text messages, calling history for the last 2 years. He asked questions like how many traffic tickets my husband had, the location of the ticket incident, if he had any lawsuit, his lawyer's name, the bus stops near my apartment, the color of the building also near my apartment, and lots of other questions.. Our interview lasted about 45 minutes He just asked questions to me. He only asked 3-5 questions To my husband . At the end he said good luck. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
