I called NVC to obtain the Manila case number on December 12. Waited 90 minutes on hold but got the number immediately from the NVC rep. once they picked up. Great experience. Visa interview at USEM was very easy. Only a handful of questions about how long we known each other, if petitioner have any kids and their names. They did collect several documents like CENOMAR, birth certificate, petitioner divorce decree, police clearances, etc, so be prepared with those legal documents. They also looked at only one picture of us together but did not look at the scrap book of all pictures. Following the interview we were on Ready status for 8 days, then on Administrative Process for 3 days before changing to Issued status. |

No green card interview necessary. Received letter from USCIS in September that interview likely not needed. The letter also stated that the USCIS was backlogged and delays in processing could be expected. That did not seem to be the case in actuality as the case was processed as per projected timelines. |

EAD card contained the AP as well. USCIS has changed so instead of sending two separate cards, the ESD card is now also the AP card for those who applied for both EAD and AP. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
