Embassy Review : |
First I went to the clerk or admin to put my paperwork in order and she took my medical. I did two medical exams on was on 2 April and the second after I got packet 4 on 27 of April. She said why do I have two medical it's valid for 6 months! I was well it's recommended on the embassy website to have it done 2 or 3 weeks before the interview! not my fault lol she smiled she was cool lady. She asked me do I have any newer photos I said yes. She looked at the back of the photos and told me when did you take them I said the same date on the back,, she looked back at me like that's weird lol. She told me to open the two medical exams envelopes and give her what's inside, she didn't take the CD or the vaccination record. Finally she gave me a form or a brochure about the Domestic violence and spousal abuse she said read it to know your rights in case she tried to beat you up or something hahaa whaaaat!!! I wish a **** would lol
I waited about one hour then they called my number. The interview was so stressful and long it was about half hour. The CO was a Jerk and asked about everything from A to Z but he didn't ask for any more evidence, pics, receipts, plans or any updates which made me pissed off a bit cuz I spent a lot of time preparing for it Grrr. He wasn't friendly at all like all those CO's I hear about them in the reviews being nice! He asked about all the dates and other details that I never thought he'd ask about like her boss at work and coworkers!!.He kept saying that he needs specifics so I tell him. He asked about our mutual friends, their age and how long has she known them!!! (WTTF), our differences like age, religion, political views. He didn't ask much about me or our family, most of it was about her. The last question was about my plans then I answered then he told me to hold on one second (turned out to be 5 mins) and turned off the speaker. He went to his boss they were talkin about my case. I couldn't hear anything but I can tell they were disagreeing about my case and he looked confused. His boss came to his computer and read what he everything he's been writing since the interview began, checked something on my case folder ( I think it was the medical ) then he told him something and left, I was like oh SSHIT ok give me a denial I'm tired of this!. The CO wrote something on the computer then he gave me a white form and said good luck ( and kept my passport ). The first word I read quick on that form is congratulations I asked him fast when I'm gonna get the visa he said the details you need to know in that form. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
