the officer saw my student visa and sent me for secondary inspection, i clarified & showed my EAD + AP and they cleared me in, no questions or interviews etc, but i have to admit it was rather uncomfortable mentally when you are taken for a secondary inspection. i guess its thier policy to get it verified by a secondary inspection. |

i filed myself & didn't have a lawyer,
its very easy ,,just be yourself,, no rehearsals needed,, attorneys are a waste of money,, everything is available on USCIS website & Forums like this. |
