Long lines coming off of Delta flight 31. Waited about 30 to 40 minutes. The officer (female) was polite, checked the documents , and stamped the passports. I asked if there was anything else we needed to do at this time, she replied 'No.' |

Very quick. Interview asked few questions, most of which my (now ex-)wife could not remember afterwards because she was too nervous. Probably because she was committing green-card fraud and lied about everything just to come to USA. |

Interview was quick and painless. Interviewer asked only short questions to the (now ex-)wife. He copied credit cards with our names, insurance cards, but didn't care about deed for house with her and my names on it. ADVICE: DO NOT add your spouse's name to the deed to your house until after conditions are removed and you are absolutely sure that the individual is not committing green card fraud. I didn't wait and it complicated the divorce tremendously. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
