I filed divorce in March 2008 in texas and she filed 4 days later for divorce in California knowing I had already filed in Texas. Under laws in California, she tried to get spousal spourt which is allowed in California but not in Texas unless marriage is for 10 years or more. Good luck to those who bring phillipinos here for marriage. All they want is money. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-129f was approved in 88 days from your NOA1 date.
