Recieved second RFE on July 15th at American address..will keep you posted. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-129f was approved in 62 days from your NOA1 date. Your I-130 was approved in 116 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 150 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.

Appt. : 2007-01-10 AOS Transfer** : Interview Date : 2007-02-14 Submit Review Approval / Denial Date : 2007-02-14 Approved : Yes Got I551 Stamp : Yes Greencard Received: 2007-03-21 Comments : AOS went smoothly apart from the RFE which was just to show proof of income. The interview lasted all of 5 minutes if that and the lady was wonderful. We were a bit disappointed to find out thought that you could no longer go to your local office and file for AOS like you use to, it just slowed it down a bit, but in the end, we are happy.
