Embassy Review : |
The interview went smoothly, our interview had no more than 30 minutes duration, which was really nice. The lady that was our interviewer was very kind, she was not from the US, so, we think that maybe helps everyone who does interviews with her because she once was in the shoes of her interviewers as an immigrant herself. She was surprised at how much stuff we brought to the interview (papers, documents, photos and a bunch of other stuff, and made a comment that she would not need all of that.
Her questions were:
How did you meet?
How long we know each other?
How long we've been married?
She asked me what my husband did for a living?
She asked my husband what I did for a living?
She didn't make her decision at that time, but, she showed that her intentions were to approve me.What she did one day later (Thank GOD for his mercy and grace). She said that because I was married for 3 years prior to the interview date my Greencard has no conditions and I should be able to apply for citizenship in 3 years. What she did one day later (Thank GOD for his mercy and grace).
Our interview was a pleasure. We got out of there feeling relieved and very very happy.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
