Hi - wondering about how you managed to get your oath on the same date as your interview? Was this just a coincidence or did you ask to do it on the same day?

They offered us to take the oath the same day. Manchester, NH is a smaller office and based on the comments made by the official that administered the oath ceremony they pride themselves on processing applicants promptly.

Thanks so much for your response and congratulations! My husband is wondering did you take your oath at the USCIS office in Manchester, or did you have to go up to Concord and take the oath at the court house up there?

We took the Oath downstairs at the Manchester, USCIS offices. (NH is one of a handful of states where USCIS administers the oath as opposed to the courts), the official that administered the oath indicated that they prefer to swear in applicants sooner rather than later. He is actually an immigrant himself and thus understands the process/urgency for us, They have a large meeting room setup for just that purpose, the room is decorated with the statue of liberty and various other USA centric decorations that have been made by the staff. Overall I'm super impressed with the staff and how they work with their customers.
