Comments : I do not even know where to begin, wife went back to Ukraine in Feb 2020 for medical reasons and visit grandchildren, then covid restrictions and then she was gone over a year and we applied for an SB-1 visa. The Kiev embassy want the same police report as they did for her fiance visa...WHY??!! People on this forum said it was not required. then the war broke out and she lives in Kharkov. Finally she made it to Poland and now I get a Green Card denial letter last week because we didn't do the I-751 when we were suppose to. I now have US Senators involved, but I don't think they can help.

Embassy Review : Great USCIS Officer, was pretty painless; however we knew we had issues with the vaccination portion and have to do an RFE and I-693. Even the the medical was already completed, I could not find a single Civil Surgeon to only sign off Section 10 (Vaccination Section) of the form so we are having to go through this all over again. I can't help be feel a bit of extortion going on in this process.
Harassment Level : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
