Entered Miami's International Airport. Went through the visitor/residence section. The part that took the longest time was waiting in the line of people. Got to the Immigration Officer and handed him my package and passport. Another officer took me to the room, where he handed an officer my package and passport. Within 45 minutes, I was called and handed my passport. No questions, nothing. Great experience. Got to Chicago's airport and went through with no hassle. |

The interview was simple. We got there at 8:30, seeing that the appointed time was 9:00. We waited outside for security clearance, where they checked our appointment letter and took our passports. On the inside, we waited for the Admin lady to check our documents after which we were told to wait till our names were called. When we were called, we went up to the window, where we met John our interviewer. He asked us some basic questions about her job and how we met. Then he separated us and questioned us individually. Questions like what's her hobbies, how we met, why her, have I met her parents, questions you should already know about the person. Then he called her and called us back together and BAM!!!! We're approved. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
