No translator was provided. The immigration officer kept talking to her in English even though she could not understand anything the officer was saying. The immigration officer kept talking in English regardless and that made my wife go into tears.

Consulate Review: Moldova Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Event Description Review Date : April 10, 2015 Embassy Review : My wife went to the interview they asked her couple questions: 1) When was the first time you saw your husband? 2) When did you get married? 3) What type of work does your husband do? They also asked to see our pictures together. After that she got approved and visa got issued a day later. Very good experience. Rating : Very Good
