I applied for my I-130 on August 16, 2005 in the US embassy in Tirana Albania. I was not clearly approved due to the fact that I had not done a wedding ceremony. My I-130 was sent to Vienna Austria to get clearly Approved. It took 1 year for my I-130 to get approved. I recieved the Approvement of my I-130 on August 31, 2006. They sent it back to US embassy in Tirana Albania. On Nov. 15, 2006 I recieved packet3. On March 1, 2007 I recieved packet4. Packet4 had the Medical date which was March 12, 2007 and Interview date, Which was March 26,2007. My husband recieved the visa in hand next day on March 27, 2007. |
