Comments : pointer: if haven't received packet 3 instructions within 2-3 weeks it would be a good idea to call to check what is going on. Time spent in Juarez 4 days. Stayed at a house where they rent rooms, owners can pick you up at the airport and they give rides to consulate and to the medical appointment. Cost was about $50 a night. Medical and fingerprinting scheduled on the same day 2 days before interview. Total time spent at consulate on the day of the interview about 3 hrs. Gave my appointment letter, confirmation of ds-260, criminal record letter, finance info, and biometrics unpoened folder. Interview was only a few minutes. Questions asked were fiance's name, fiance's birthdate, future in laws names, when and how we met, where the honeymoon will be and why I want to be married. If application was specific the first time they won't ask for supporting pictures/documents. Make sure you have birth certificate translated. Everything went smoothly. Any questions feel free to message.

Comments : I checked the uscis website in the end of november and it says my interview was ready to be schedules and if i didnt receive a notice by dec 20 to click the erequest link. I didnt so i did that. On dec 20 i got and email from the uscis close to my office saying they had no info and they would fwd my info request to the uscis office in charge of my case. On dec 25th i checked the website just out of curiosity and it said this: "On December 24, 2014, we scheduled you for your interview and mailed you an interview notice. Your interview is on January 28, 2015. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your interview notice by January 23, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address." The website is constantly updated so you should check because it gives you info on what is going on with you case. Also its a good idea to register so you can easily check the status. Here is the link to the website to check your status: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

We were there from 7am-9am had to return because we forgot the slip they gave us when came on to the US so we had to go back at 2:30pm to turn it in. They went through our file and discretly asked the questions. My advice: dont forget the day you arrived to the US and Dont forget that paper because they want the orignal!!!

Bio. Appt. : 2017-02-02
Interview Date :
Approval / Denial Date : 2018-04-23
Approved : Yes
Got I551 Stamp : Yes
Green Card Received : 2018-06-07
Comments : We applied to lift conditions, but it has been almost a year and nothing. My husband lost his green card so we had to report it lost to the police and went to get a stamp. We were going to do this anyway but we had to do it fast. To make an appointment online check in the early morning like 7am and especially on holiday weekends because people for some reason cancel. We were there for a while maybe 2 hrs. If you ever need a stamp make sure you say you are there for a stamp. The man who helped us said it may be another year till we hear about the lifting of conditions.
-----
As of March 14, my case was transfered to Nebraska Service center hopes its because things are moving along.
--------------
On April 17, 2018
Status was updated.

"On April 17, 2018, we updated your name for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence"

-------
April 23rd. My husband received his approval notice. It was dated april 18 and sent out april 19. We are so happy.
May 31 card was created, june 4th card was sent and june 7th card arrived.
After a long wait we finally got conditions lifted and there was no interview.
Now the only thing left to do would be to apply for citizenship.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
