Tips:
Be confident and fluent in your answers
Be organized and have your documents arranged in correct order
Give clear and honest answers
Don't hesitate to ask for translator if you are not comfortable in English. Contrary to some posts (who indicated that having non-english would be adverse and advised that it's better to take the interview in English), we found answering all questions correctly in the right language is more helpful. It eliminates any confusion and keeps the interviewee confident.
