A 3 hour wait, but possibly due to strong storms that caused flight cancellations and delays, or many flights arriving at the same time. The CBP agent at the window outside Arrivals was helpful in getting information about the delay. |

When filing I-751, send an over-abundance of photos and documents, especially if you come from a country where fraud is probably "assumed" by the case officer. Also, although there is no mention in the instructions, if possible, ask people who know you as a couple to have their signatures notarized when they send letters. This was mentioned as a criticism by the case officer in our RFE, which we were absolutely shocked to receive, believing we had sent everything required in our petition as per the online instructions. Anyway, we sent more photos and new documents to prove our bona fide marriage, and the new green card was granted. Good luck! |

Ceremony postponed from April 10th due to covid. Held outside of building with 8 new citizens, all wearing masks, but was pleasant experience. |

My fiancée said that the staff were friendly, and that the interview was a pleasant experience. She first waited about a half hour to give her documents to the secretary, then about an hour to wait for the interview. The interview itself was about 10 minutes and went very smoothly. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
