I was extremely nervous, but for no reason, again!
Except for the waiting times( I recommend layover times of 3-4 hours to do this relaxt...I had 5..bit too much)..it was nothing to talk about really.i was guided to a seperate room after I handed the papers to the officer, there had to wait and after 30 mins the other officer asked me when I'm getting married and told me when my K1 expires and "welcome to America and thank you for your patience"...that was it! |

got first RFE on October 15 for additional tax info. Status showed RFE response review until November 4. when it showed second RFE. apparently expenses are deducted from gross income if the sponsor is self-employed. I had to obtain a new co-sponsor. |

Filed jointly. After my marriage fell apart I got divorced in December 2017 and had my lawyer change my case to a waiver. Never had any updates until 7/6/18..approval notice was in the mail 7/10/18. No interview. |

The interview was very unpleasant. Even though my unconditional greencard was approved with already being divorced, the interviewing officer grilled me for a long time on every detail about the divorce. She ended the interview with the note, that she would have to go through my entire file again and might not approve me. I received an email in the evening that my case was approved. |

The interview went really smooth and the officers were really friendly. I am happy to say that my visa-journey was extremely easy and quite fast so far. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
