Consulate Review: Manila, Philippines
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : September 17, 2014
Embassy Review : I would like to share the questions asked by the consul:

1. When did you meet your fiance?
2. How do you correspond to each other?
3. How many months you talked before the first meeting?
4. What does he do?
5. Is he divorced? When?
6. Does he have any kids? Age and names?
7. What are his hobbies?
8. Do you talk to his youngest daughter? How's your relationship with her?
9. Is he the son of the petitioner?

she asked me for the proof of relationship but she didn't touched it, not even a single page.. I only submitted w2 and 2 months pay stubs which made me a little anxious since all of the fiance visa applicant have their form 1040 as their attachment for the I-134 but the consul see no problem about it.

After 3 days my visa was finally issued and delivered i to me after 4 days

You have nothing to worry about if you know your fiance very well..

Goodluck to all of you and May the force be with us!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
