Consulate Review: Ukraine
Review Topic: General Review
Event Description
Review Date : November 25, 2014
Embassy Review : We got approved! I think it took my fiance about an hour and a half from entering the embassy to leaving it. She went in gave her paperwork to the person at the window, they took her finger prints and she sat down and waited. They called her name up and she did the finger prints again after that he swore her in by making her read a piece of paper, by the way he was speaking Ukrainian to her. He asked "How many times did he visit you?" She said once since we have been dating (I grew up in UA so i obviously been there a lot). That was it, he said your visa is approved and you can expect it in 5 day. He did not ask for any documentation or anything else at all.
Rating : Very Good

POE Review: Portland
Event Description
Entry Date : 2014-12-16
Embassy Review : Portland, OR POE was easy and fast. From plane landing to meeting my fiance it took 45 min. Came up to the window, he opened the packet and asked how much money i had with me. He took my fingerprints and stamped my passport. That was it no other questions and i was not sent to another room to do more immigration stuff.
Harassment Level : Low

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
