Embassy Review : |
Nigel had his interview this morning and overall had an incredibly positive experience. He found the embassy with no problem although figuring out what line to get in was confusing. Some of his paperwork said immigrant visa and some said non-immigrant visa but someone at the embassy helped him straighten it out which he was grateful for. He had to wait about 3 hours in total until the whole thing was said and done so that was definitely the worst part. One guy took some of his paperwork and then he sat for a couple more hours until the "interview" part. He said the woman he talked to was very nice and very American, ha. She asked where we met so he told the story about meeting in Vegas and a few more details and she commented that our story is very cute and that was that. No more questions asked. So just like most others who've gone through London it was a painless process. Woohoo! |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
