Comments : 231 days, 7.7 months from NOA-1 to NOA-2 Our I-130 approved by Durham 8th June with Thanks.I-130 documents then Sent to NRC in error then to NBC (Missouri)then onto NVC with I-130 notice date of 29th July from NBC to NVC. Sent Choice of Agent via Email it took 17 days for acceptance.WE are still waiting for Administrative Review to be completed. Just waiting and waiting. After over a year in Administrative Review our case was finally re-approved by USCIS and sent back to the London Embassy. We were separated for some 101 weeks which was awful but now we are together and very happy. Strangely enough my Immigrant Visa was issued on my birthday (57th)and my Permanent Resident card arrived on April 1st.
We shall wait for the 3 year period to elapse and then I shall apply for citizenship. I firmly believe in making that commitment.

Comments : I arrived at Raleigh Durham as my POE and was after processing the very last one out from our flight. They have a lot to process documents wise and I felt that they did not do as much there as perhaps other points of Entry and thus the time it took. Needless to say my wife was anxious having seen everybody from the flight having gone through.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
