Packet 3 was never recieved, because the USCIS and NVC did not make the address change for the beneficiary as requested. I used the date they sent the Packet(2/1/08) and added a week. Once the embassy has sent the packet 3 even if it is not delivered correctly or lost in the mail, they WILL NOT send a second packet 3. At least that is the story they are telling me. I am still working on them though. |

A little slow because the officers like to chit chat with their fellow officers. We were 3rd in line when we arrived and the two before us were finished within 15 minutes and they started working our file. It took 1 hour 10 minutes to complete our file. Other than that, it was effortless, and the people were friendly and helpful. |

No issues, however, it appears as they are starting to take IMBRA a bit more seriously. My fiancee was asked several questions about How we met, when we started communicating and if/when she was provided with IMBRA information. Other than that it was the standard questions and we had no issues. In and out in about 3 hours. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
